MARY I. ESTABIL

Principal

Mary joined ZCG in October 1995 upon the firm’s opening.

Mary came from BEA Associates where she started BEA’s administration of private placement securities.

She continues to oversee all aspects of private placement administration at ZCG in addition to providing in-house corporate and compliance legal work.

Having graduated from Vassar College in 1989, Mary obtained her JD degree at Boston University School of Law in 1992. She is a member of the New York State Bar.
