ROBERT K. WINTERS

Managing Director

Robert graduated from Georgetown University with majors in International Relations and History. Thereafter, he spent two years at the law firm of Kilpatrick & Cody in Washington D.C. where he focused exclusively on analyzing international trade disputes. Building upon this experience, Robert moved to Wall Street in late 1992 and spent the next ten years, prior to joining ZCG in 2002, in equity research.

Initially at CS First Boston and thereafter at Bear Stearns, where he was a senior analyst and managing director, Robert focused primarily on all aspects of natural resources. He was instrumental in developing new areas of coverage for Bear Stearns first in the materials science sector and thereafter in the establishment of the research and banking practice for wholesale energy and power technology companies. Robert sits on the Board of Directors of Rock Springs Mineral Processing, Inc.
