The individuals heading Zesiger Capital Group’s operations are included in the management and ownership of the firm.

The firm’s operations consist of trading and settlement, auditing, client administration, private placement administration, and compliance controls.

The firm does not hold client assets. Each client appoints his or her own custodial bank or brokerage firm to custody assets and grants us authority to manage the assets in the account. We provide on-going reconciliation of client accounts with custodian statements to ensure complete and accurate financial reporting.

We do business with a wide variety of Wall Street brokers in executing transactions.
